What you need: Pants, cleats, all equipment, WATER

What is provided: Hands on instruction covering defense, hitting, base running, Baseball knowledge

Itinerary: Stretch, agilities, 60 yard dash time, throwing program, cut off man relay race, competitive defense competitions, pitching with Coach Connor, Fly ball drills, ground ball drills, hitting stations on the field (tee work, soft toss, BP, Home run derby) Base running competition (relay race, timed home to first, timed first to 3rd) 

Awards given at end of camp for winners of skills competitions. The competitions will be fair based off age/talent level. Parents are more than welcomed to stay or drop off. There is plenty of seating available. Might want to bring a lawn chair to be safe.
